Otha and Ethel Roberts Jr. of Carl King Road will celebrate their 70th wedding anniversary with a reception from 1 to 3:30 p.m. Saturday at North Salem Methodist Church, 7715 State Road 46 East, Nashville, given by their children.
Mr. Roberts and the former Ethel Jean Branaman were married Jan. 13, 1946, at the home of the Rev. Wesley.
Mr. Roberts is retired from Golden Foundry and Indiana Bell.
Mrs. Roberts is a homemaker.

The couple have five children, Shirley Arney, Loran Roberts, Kay Campbell, Lin Stadler-Perry and the late Rita Roberts; 11 grandchildren; and 19 great-grandchildren.
