B. Parker and Martha Newsom of Marco Drive West plan to celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary at a family gathering hosted by J. Randy and Ann Newsom at their home in Lebanon.
Mr. Newsom and the former Martha A. Baker were married by the Rev. Melvin Phillips Nov. 13, 1965, at First Baptist Church in Anderson.
Mr. Newsom is a farmer and auctioneer.
Mrs. Newsom is a homemaker.

The couple have two children, Lenna M. Schroll of Crawfordsville and John P. Newsom of Plymouth. They also have three grandsons.
