A holiday decorating contest sponsored by the State Street Area Association is underway.
Residents in the vicinity of State Street on the city’s east side are encouraged to decorate their homes and compete for awards to be distributed at the State Street Area Association Open House in December.
Three awards are planned for best decorations and possibly an honorable mention.
