Doug and Carla Eckart of Columbus will celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary Tuesday. They were married Dec. 29, 1965, at Salem Evangelical United Brethren Church at Straughn.
Mr. Eckart is a retired Cummins Inc. corporate pilot.
Mrs. Eckart retired from Aging and Community Services as an administrative assistant.
The couple have two children, Jeffrey Eckart of Arizona and Jason Eckart of Colorado.
