Leigh Anne Tuohy, the inspiration for a character in Michael Lewis’ best-selling novel and the later movie adaptation of “The Blind Side” will participate in a free, live broadcast event.
The event will be conducted at 7 p.m. Oct. 18 in the Columbus Learning Center auditorium, 4555 Central Ave. It also will be streamed live and hosted by New Jersey City University. Viewers are invited to submit questions via Facebook and Twitter for Tuohy to answer during the broadcast.
Tuohy will share her observations from “The Blind Side” and will discuss finding value and potential in individuals.
The presentation is sponsored by the Ivy Tech chapter of the National Society of Leadership and Success. The society is the largest leadership honor society in the nation with more than 640,000 members.
