State Street Area Association, Safe Kids Coalition and local agencies are hosting a block party for all ages from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m. Oct. 31 at the America and Roby Anderson Community Center, 421 McClure St.
The event will include a Trunk-or-Treat from decorated cars, hot dogs and fixings, a puppet show, story time and more. The first 100 children to attend will receive a reflective bag to fill with treats.
