Columbus Parks and Recreation has announced that the Columbus Farmers Market will change locations for the final three Saturdays of the season.
The market will be held in the parking lot behind Columbus City Hall, located at 123 Washington St., on Sept. 7, Sept. 14 and Sept. 21, the last day of the season.
The change was made because Cummins will be making improvements to the market’s typical location in the company’s parking lot across from Mill Race Park on Brown Street, between Fifth and Eighth Streets.
“Cummins is crack sealing the parking lot, so we’re not able to use it,” said Leslie Stuckwisch, marketing and public relations coordinator for Columbus Parks and Recreation.
“Everything else will remain the same,” Stuckwisch said.
