Beth McNeely has been named president of Century 21 Breeden, filling a role that Jan Hexamer-Gardner held with the company for 35 years until her April 1 retirement.
Although leaving active management of Century 21 Breeden, Hexamer-Gardner will continue as co-owner of the real estate division and other affiliated Breeden companies in Columbus.The Columbus woman had joined the company in 1980.
McNeely joined Breeden in November as executive vice president after spending 22 years in banking and finance.
She holds a bachelor of arts degree from Bellarmine University in Louisville. She is a member of the Columbus Rotary Club and serves as secretary of the Foundation for Youth board of directors. McNeely resides in Columbus with her husband Derek and their two sons.
