Charles and JoAnn Cooper are celebrating their 60th wedding anniversary at their home with an open house.
Mr. Cooper and the former JoAnn Marksberry were married Dec. 27, 1960, at their home.
Charles is retired from the U.S. Air Force and Interstate brands and JoAnn is a homemaker.
The couple have two children, Bill (Teresa) Cooper and Tammy (Jeff) Ison of North Vernon; six grandchildren; and several great-grandchildren.
