Columbus Regional Health Foundation has announced recipients of the Robert Borczon Memorial Scholarships.
Winners include Casey Turner, Rose Sanchez and Mackenize Bean.
The purpose of the scholarship is to encourage Columbus Regional Health employees to further their education in health care.
The scholarship is made available in memory of Robert Borczon, a former administrator of Columbus Regional Hospital and a champion of continuing education for hospital employees.
Each recipient receives up to $3,000 in scholarship funding. Awards are based on financial need, personal essay and interview, community activities and academic performance.
