INDIANAPOLIS — The National Weather Service has issued a flash flood warning for northern Bartholomew County.
Other areas under the flash flood warning are Decatur County, southern Johnson County, southern Rush County and Shelby County. The warning is in effect until 10:30 a.m.
Thunderstorms producing heavy rain are causing the warning and between 1 to 4 inches of rain has fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 inch are possible.
