Orchids to …

• the kind gentleman who helped me load my new air fryer into my SUV, this help was greatly appreciated, thanks again, from Betty.

• Anita Gauck’s spot-on letter.

• the last election which was the easiest to vote in and, by all accounts, was the most secure election.

• those that voted against HR1, so called voter protection.

• Hope, Indiana for doing an old-fashioned Independence Day and not making fear a new normal.

• those who are beginning to see that the fraud is in the former federal executive, not in the voting process.

• Anita Gauck for her excellent and informative letter.

• Wilmer Antunez of W&K Roofing and Seamless Gutters and his son for helping a lady with her vehicle on Thursday. Kindness is free.

• Columbus transit driver who noticed my elderly mother had missed her bus and contacted a call-a-bus driver to take her home so she wouldn’t have to walk in the extreme heat.

• Breanna Nicole Martoccia on her graduation from IUPUC with highest distinction.

• Anita Gauck for a wonderful letter.

• Anita Gauck on her letter.

• Larry Jackson for his great letter.

Onions to …

• the rude woman telling a small child with her that a young boy in line was "white trash" because of his tattered T-shirt, don’t judge by appearance, he is a good, hardworking boy.

• people who make up lies about political parties.

• judgemental people who yell "do better" in anger at others, when they should yell "do better" at themselves using a mirror.

• the letter writer discouraging vaccinations, what few side effects from vaccines are much less than hospitalizations and death caused by COVID-19.

• representative who visited Arizona and bought the lie.

• motorcycle riders that speed and rev up at midnight not thinking about the people who live on McKinley Street.

• people who see political party’s actions backwards in their minds.

• those complaining about minimum wage, welcome to hyperinflation.

• the representative who went to the Arizona recount that wasn’t an audit but rather a circus minus the dancing bears and acrobatic poodles.

• the current administration going as far away from the problem as possible now that the former federal elected official is going to the border crisis.

• letter writers insisting there is no evidence of racism in a state with an 89% white population.

• local elected state official who clearly does not understand the definition of "bipartisan."

• anyone who thinks there is no proof of the Jan. 6 insurrection, you need to watch something other than Fox to be informed of the truth.

• a political party kicking out a member of leadership for telling the truth about an insurrection against the U.S.

• the school corporation allowing critical race theory to be taught in our schools.

• the current administration for resurrecting Obamacare with massive substitutes in the millions of dollars financed by the taxpayers.

• the federal elected official for his ineffective, drowsy speech about violence, blaming guns rather than lack of penalties for criminals and defunding police.

Happy Birthday to …

• Tim Hirons, from your family and Donna.

Happy Anniversary to …

• Ron and Michelle Drysdale on No. 33, from all your family.
