COLUMBUS, INDIANA
G. Michael Groenewold, 79, of Columbus, passed away June 24, 2021, at his home.
Mike was born January 19, 1942, in Valley Stream, New York, the son of Anthony and Marjorie Dillon Groenewold. He married Gail Marie Turner July 11, 1964.
Mike retired from Cummins Engine Company as a Senior Vice President of Small Engine Development.
Mike’s wishes were to be cremated with no services. He shall be inurned with his wife in Garland Brook Cemetery at a later date.
He is survived by his sons Christopher Michael Groenewold of Beverley Hills, California and Matthew Raymond & Melissa Groenewold of Columbus; as well as a grandson Levi Rafael Groenewold of Nashville, Indiana.
He was preceded in death by his parents as well as his wife Gail on November 24, 2020.
