NORTH VERNON — North Vernon police are investigating a deceased individual found at 1:20 p.m. Monday in an apartment in the 900 block of Veterans Drive.
The identity of the deceased is being with held until after an autopsy can be performed. This is an active case and the North Vernon Police Department is working with the Jennings County Coroner’s office with the investigation, police said.
