A COVID-19 testing and vaccination clinic will be Wednesday through Feb. 19 from noon to 8 p.m. at NexusPark (formerly FairOaks Mall).
No appointment is necessary.
Pfizer and Moderna COVID-19 vaccines will be available and PCR COVID testing will be available.
The clinic is provided by the Indiana Department of Health.
