I am writing to show my support for Ginny (Virginia) Whipple, the Republican candidate for the Bartholomew County Assessor.
I have known Ginny since the mid-1980s when we were both working in County Assessor offices in adjoining counties just starting in our careers. Both of us would go on to pursue similar paths. I have paralleled Ginny and we have been colleagues this entire almost 40 years.
Ginny went on to work in the private professional appraisal business and I worked for the Indiana State Board of Tax commissioners. Ginny became an IAAO-certified instructor of assessing officials and at various times throughout my career with the state, she was my instructor.
Ginny holds all certifications and designations available in the assessing industry and her qualifications for the office are impeccable as evidenced by the expertise and professionalism of the office of county assessor that Ginny currently holds.
It only makes since to reelect an individual who is without a doubt is the most experienced and qualified candidate and that individual is absolutely Ginny Whipple.
