HOPE
Timothy Nathaniel Holley, 42 of Hope, Indiana, passed away on November 2, 2022 at his residence.
Tim was born March 7, 1980, the son of Danny Holley and Julia Clay Leslie.
Timothy, fondly known by those who knew him, was known as “Tim”, “Bub”, or “Nate”. He was born in Columbus, and was a 1998 graduate of Hauser Jr./Sr. High School in Hope. If a sentence was used to describe Tim, it would be too short. Tim absolutely loved to no end everyone he knew, and didn’t know. He would give anyone whatever he had in his pocket if they needed something. He loved helping and spending time with his family, and his southern roots of respect were always shown. Tim worked as a welder for 10 years for Toyota, and was currently employed at Dollar General. He loved working with wood, welding, making knives, working with leather, and literally just tinkering on something in the garage. He was a true Hope-ite, and loved everything about the small town he lived in.
Timothy is survived by his mother, Julia Leslie; his father, Danny Holley; Step-father, Roy Rickert; Brother, David (Melissa) Bierlein; several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, and extended family. He is also survived by several special friends to include Albert Perez, Eric Aceves, Jake England, Ashley Graves, Officer Joey Gordon of HPD, along with many others; and his Dollar General co-workers and customers.
Funeral Services for Timothy will be conducted at Jewell-Rittman Family Funeral Home on Thursday, November 10, 2022 at 12:00 PM with Pastor Ed Boston officiating. Visitation will be between 10:00 AM and 12:00 PM. Burial will follow at Haw Creek Cemetery in Hope, Indiana.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be to the funeral home to help the family with funeral expenses.
Services are entrusted to the Jewell-Rittman Family Funeral Home.
