Crusaders top Seven Oaks
Columbus Christian raced to a 20-3 lead after one quarter Saturday and cruised from there to a 68-24 Southern Roads Conference win against Seven Oaks.
Sarah Lorimor led the Crusaders (2-2, 1-0) with 32 points. Katie Bond and Mariah Holt each added eight.
Panthers down Pirates
NORTH VERNON — Jennings County rallied from a 15-10 deficit after one quarter to remain unbeaten with a 53-44 win against Greensburg.
Juliann Woodard led the Panthers (5-0) with 23 points. Alexis Carson scored 12, and Mollie Ernstes added eight.
Chargers topple Cougars
GREENSBURG — South Decatur fell behind 25-16 at halftime and dropped a 48-30 decision to North Decatur.
Paige McQueen scored nine points, and Makayla Somers added eight to lead the Cougars (3-4). Molly Eden grabbed 11 rebounds.
Lancers fall to Pacers
VEVAY — Switzerland County jumped out to a 20-2 lead after one quarter and went on to hand Edinburgh a 62-14 defeat.
Gracie Crawhorn led the Lancers (3-4) with five points.

Columbus Christian wins
Columbus Christian rallied from a 28-21 halftime deficit to post a 60-56 Southern Roads Conference win against Seven Oaks.
Jacob Bell led the Crusaders (2-0) with 21 points. Jordan Burton scored 11, Jayden Howe had nine and Brayden Howe added eight.
WRESTLING
Eagles split matches
Brown County split a pair of matches to open the season, beating Southwestern (Hanover) 42-30 and falling to Scottsburg 42-18.
Mikey Kobiernik (138 pounds) and Eddie Kraus (145) won by pin for the Eagles against Southwestern. P.J. McMasters (152), Aaron Woodrum (170), Caelen Stanley (182), Liam Cassiday (195) and Jackson Reed (220) all won by forfeit.
Kraus, Woodrum and Reed won by pin against Scottsburg.
