WARNER ROBINS, GEORGIA
David M. Gossman, 78, of Perry Georgia, originally of Columbus, Indiana, passed away March 3, 2023, at The Lodge in Warner Robins, Georgia. David was born March 17 of 1944 in Columbus, Indiana, the son of Philip and Ruth Shoultz Gossman.
David was a long-time Missouri Synod Lutheran, and for many years and attended St. Peter’s Lutheran Church in Columbus, Indiana. He worked in the bakery industry until he retired in Charlotte, North Carolina.
David married Ann Maria McMahan, who preceded him in death on December 26, 2017. They are survived by their two children Eric Gossman of Perry, Georgia, and Mara Gossman of Savannah, Tennessee; grandchildren, Kane Gossman, Tanner Gossman, Baron Gossman, Taitum Gossman, Tucker Gossman, and Tessa Gossman; his siblings Phyllis (Vernon) Jewell and Stephen (Charlotte) Gossman, both of Columbus, and Melissa (Tim) Abel of Indianapolis, Indiana; as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
A time of gathering will be held from 1:00 until 3:00 p.m. Thursday, July 6, 2023, at the Jewell – Rittman Family Funeral Home.
Memorial contributions may be made to Mt. Calvary Lutheran Church in Warner Robins, Georgia (336 Carl Vinson Pkwy, Warner Robins, GA 31088) thru the funeral home.
