The Bartholomew County Highway Department said 25th Street from the Columbus city limits to the junction of State Road 9 and State Road 46 will be down to one lane of traffic for most of the day Monday as pavement markings are installed.
Motorists are asked to avoid the area if possible and to not drive across the wet paint.
