Auditions for the next Mill Race Theatre Company show, “The Marriage Counselor,” will be from 1 to 3 p.m. Aug. 13 and from 7 to 9 p.m. Aug. 14 in the Xenia Miller Room near the elevator of the second floor of The Commons, 300 Washington St. in downtown Columbus.
The show will be performed in the Studio Room Sept. 29-30 and Oct. 1 at Judson Erne Auditorium, 1400 25th St.
Those auditioning should prepare a comedic monologue, approximately a minute in length, and will be expected to participate in some small group cold readings extracted from the play.
Cast members will have their first read-through Aug. 17. David Maurey is directing the show.
