The Heritage Fund recently awarded $22,290 from the Community Fund to five local nonprofit organizations. The grants are part of the second-quarter grants cycle for 2022.
Columbus Area Arts Council received $16,000 to support the “Empowering and Connecting Creatives” program; Just Friends Adult Day Services received $6,290 to attend the National Adult Day Services Association conference; Community Downtown, Inc. received $978 to support the downtown block party; Pride Alliance Columbus, Indiana received $1,500 to sponsor the 2023 Columbus Pride Festival; and Landmark Columbus Foundation received $10,000 to support the Rock the Block downtown event.
