Hauser boys take third at East Central invite

ST. LEON — The Hauser boys cross-country team finished third in the Division 2 standings in Saturday’s East Central Invitational.

Milan won with 25 points. Hagerstown took second with 51, and the Jets were third with 62.

Colin Kistler finished 11th overall in the race, which consisted of Division 1 and 2 teams, in 17 minutes, 56.3 seconds for 5,000 meters (3.1 miles). Nolan Dailey took 13th in 18:14.3, while Mason Moore was 42nd (19:59.1), Kase Meister 55th (20:32.9), Collin Buck 76th (21:17.4), Grady Niccum 77th (21:19.7) and Braydon McFarland 92nd (21:58.1).

Hauser had three girls compete. Lucie Asher finished 40th in 28:51.8, while Madison Hollman was 48th (29:42.2) and Addison Dailey 55th (32:07.6).
