The American Legion Post on 25th Street was closed indefinitely because of a lack of officers to run the facility.

East Columbus Christian Church announced plans for a $1.75 million, 24,000-square-foot expansion that included nine classrooms, administrative offices and a multi-purpose room for the church and its affiliate, Columbus Christian School.
