PLAINFIELD — Second-ranked Columbus North won all five matches in straight sets Wednesday in a 5-0 boys tennis triumph at Plainfield.

Hank Lin returned from injury and beat Jaxcen Hummel 6-0, 6-0 at No. 1 singles for the Bull Dogs (12-1). Parth Shah blanked Landon Naaman 6-0, 6-0 at No. 2 singles, and Austin Clark topped Josh Knowles 6-1, 7-5 at No. 3 singles.

North’s Amrit Kar and Anvay Atram downed Colton East and Jack Davis 6-0, 6-1 at No. 1 doubles. Michael Crossman and Yoki Murabayashi defeated Lance Vhite and Vinny Wittenbring 6-2, 6-3 at No. 2 doubles.
