NASHVILLE — Bedford North Lawrence finished off a 5-0 boys tennis win Wednesday at Brown County in a match that had been suspended because of lightning on Sept. 5.
Jack Sichting fell to Jayden Kemp 6-3, 6-4 (4) at No. 1 singles, Owen East lost to Orion Hill 6-2, 6-2 at No. 2 singles an Brandon Saechao fell to Isaac Bridges 6-2, 7-6 (4) at No. 3 singles for the Eagles.
Brown County’s Jon Kirchhofer and Jax Burt lost to Drew Stephenson and Neal Patel 6-1, 7-5 at No. 1 doubles. Trevor Shields and Cord Smith fell to Gavin Baker and Braxton Fugate 6-1, 6-3 at No. 2 doubles.
