COLUMBUS, INDIANA
Seth Michael Roberts, 32, a resident of Columbus, Indiana, passed from this life unexpectedly Tuesday, September 12, 2023, at his home.
Seth was born in Columbus, September 3, 1991, the loving son of Bruce A. Roberts and Carla J. Trobaugh Asbury.
Seth was a 2010 graduate of Columbus East High School and was currently a machine production operator at Cummins Inc. He had a passion for basketball and fishing and cherished the time he spent with his kids.
Seth will be remembered by his mother and stepfather, Carla and Don Asbury of Scipio, father and stepmother, Bruce and Amy Roberts of Columbus; children, Aubry and Evan Roberts both of Columbus; maternal grandmother, Demple Trobaugh of Columbus; paternal grandfather, Kenny Roberts of Columbus; brothers, Matthew Roberts, Jordan Roberts and John Roberts all of Columbus; sister, Kristin Roberts of Columbus; nieces, Emma Roberts and Sophia Young of Columbus; and many stepsiblings, aunts, uncles, cousins and other relatives.
Seth was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, Gene Trobaugh; his paternal grandmother, Nancy Roberts; and a nephew, Ayden Lentz.
The funeral service will be held at 1 p.m. Wednesday, September 20, 2023, at Barkes, Weaver &Glick Funeral Home on Washington Street; Pastor Mark Douglas will officiate.
Family and friends may gather for a time of visitation from 11 a.m. until service time Wednesday at the funeral home.
Seth will be laid to rest at the Flat Rock Baptist Cemetery.
