MORRISTOWN
Adrianne Patricia Dunkin, 76, of Morristown, passed away at 8:22 a.m. Friday, September 15, 2023 at IU Health Methodist Hospital.
Adrianne was born March 4, 1947, the daughter of Chester Leroy and Barbara Ann Barger Blair. On July 3, 1985, she married Ronald Dunkin.
Mrs. Dunkin enjoyed outdoor activities, especially gardening and watching hummingbirds. She loved her Yorkie dogs, listened to a variety of music, drove sports cars and learned needlework at an early age. She worked at Cummins Engine Company, and later received her BS in Accounting. She also worked in accounting at DSI until her retirement.
Survivors include her husband, Ronald; children, William (Sheri) J. Rothrock, Laurel Rothrock, both of Shelbyville; grandchildren, Blair and Blake Rothrock; sister, Christy (Tom) Casares of California; nieces, Anita (David) Carlson, Michelle Hart and nephew, Anthony (Michelle) Lee.
She was preceded in death by her parents and brother, Michael Blair.
Visitation will be held Wednesday, September 20, 2023 from 4:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. at Barkes, Weaver & Glick Funeral Home on Washington Street. A graveside committal service will be held at 10:00 a.m. Thursday, September 21, 2023 at Garland Brook Cemetery.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Bartholomew County Humane Society.
