Class 4A No. 8 Center Grove never let Columbus East gain much momentum Tuesday in a 25-14, 25-16, 25-12 volleyball decision.
Krea Martin led the Olympians (5-13) with 17 assists and one solo block. Jenna Guse pounded 10 kills, Chloe Gilley notched 20 digs and Addison Emery served three aces.
Also for East, Caroline Frost tallied seven kills and two assist blocks, and Kimberly Carothers had two assist blocks. Martin and Emery each recorded four digs, and Gilley added one ace.
