WALDRON — South Decatur followed Monday’s five-set volleyball win against Morristown with a 25-17, 25-20, 25-19 Mid-Hoosier Conference sweep at Waldron on Tuesday.
Zsophia Sharp recorded 10 kills and 20 digs and two aces, and Makayla Somers had 25 assists and eight blocks to lead the Cougars (13-4, 4-2). Paige McQueen also served two aces.
Also for South Decatur, Taylor Somers pounded eight kills and two blocks, and McQueen added seven kills and 16 digs. Lydia Witkemper notched 18 digs and one ace, Sharp had four blocks and Elizabeth Bennett added two blocks.
