INDIANAPOLIS — Gov. Eric Holcomb has asked that flags in Indiana on all state properties be lowered to half staff to honor the lives lost this past weekend in Israel at the hands of terrorists. Flags are to remain at half staff through Sunday. Holcomb also asks all businesses and residents of Indiana to lower their flags to honor the lives lost in Israel.
