Free copies of the 2023 edition of student literary magazine ‘Talking Leaves’ are available online and at IU Columbus.
The 116-page magazine contains creative works from 30 local college students from IU Columbus and Ivy Tech. Students submitted original, unpublished works of fiction or nonfiction prose, poetry or artwork, which was selected through a blind process.
Online copies can be found at iupuc.edu/talking-leaves and printed copies can be picked up in The Landing of the Columbus Learning Center, open Monday-Thursday, 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Students, faculty and staff celebrated the magazine’s release with an event last Wednesday. The event also celebrated IU Columbus Tree Campus sustainability efforts.
Submissions for the 2024 issue of Talking Leaves are currently open. Students from all majors are encouraged to submit or volunteer.
