Spooky Halloween Art — 3:30 to 5 p.m., Bartholomew County Public Library, 536 Fifth St., Columbus. To support Farrah Fox’s senior project, come hang out in the teen section and create some spooky Halloween arts and crafts! DIY hanging garlands on Oct. 16.

Columbus Redevelopment Commission — 4 p.m., City Hall, 123 Washington St., Columbus.

Bartholomew County Public Library Board — 4 p.m., Bartholomew County Public Library, 536 Fifth St., Columbus.

Flat Rock-Hawcreek School Board — 4 p.m., Flatrock-Hawcreek Central Office, 9423 State Road 9N, Hope.

Pokemon Club — 4 to 5 p.m., Bartholomew County Public Library, 536 Fifth St., Columbus. Card collectors, trainers, gamers, and fans are all welcome to join as we learn and talk about all things Pokemon.

Alzheimer’s Support Group — 4:30 to 6 p.m., First Lutheran Church, 3600 25th St., Columbus. Welcome all those caring for loved ones with Alzheimer’s disease or a related disorder. It is not appropriate for dementia patients. Please enter the church through the Fellowship Hall entrance at the east end of the parking lot.

Tour of City Cemetery — 6 to 7 p.m., City Cemetery, 739 22nd St., Columbus. City Cemetery is the final resting place to hundreds of Columbus’ earliest residents, and they all have unique and interesting stories. On this self-paced walking tour, library staff positioned around the cemetery will share the stories of 10 families buried there. These families will be different than those featured last year. This program is suitable for all ages, and a cemetery scavenger hunt will be available for children as they complete the tour. Apple cider will be served at the north entrance to the cemetery.
