NEW ALBANY — Columbus East girls swimming finished third out of seven teams in Tuesday’s New Albany Relays. Floyd Central won with 120 points to 66 for Jeffersonville and 53 for the Olympians.
East’s Maddie Beyer, Gabbie Meier, Ali Trueblood and Connelly Furnish finished second in the 200-yard breaststroke relay in 2 minutes, 30.09 seconds. Meier and Grace Lykins took second in the diving relay.
