This year’s local Elks Hoop Shoot free-throw contest will be at 12:30 p.m. Dec. 9 at Foundation For Youth. Registration begins at Noon.
There will be divisions for boys and girls ages 8-9, 10-11 and 12-13. Winners advance to the District Hoop Shoot in Seymour.
