Flags to be at half staff in honor of former First Lady Rosalynn Carter

INDIANAPOLIS Gov. Eric J. Holcomb is directing flags to be flown at half-staff in honor of former First Lady of the United States, Rosalynn Carter. Per President Biden’s orders, flags will be lowered as a mark of respect to honor her legacy.

Flags will be flown at half-staff from sunrise today until sunset on Nov. 29. Holcomb is requesting residents and businesses to lower their flags in honor of Carter.
