INDIANAPOLIS — Columbus North swimming visited perennial power North Central on Saturday and came away with a 118-58 loss in the boys meet and a 130-55 defeat in the girls competition.
Dagan Kleffman won the boys diving event with 142.75 points, and Diego Cotero Tapia took the 100-yard butterfly in 54.23 seconds. Cotero Tapia also finished second in the 200 freestyle (1:52.95). Jude Abdallah was second in the 100 freestyle (50.63) and 100 breaststroke (1:06.56), and Isaac Proffitt finished second in the 50 freestyle (23.66).
For the girls, Mridula Muthukumaran finished second in the 200 individual medley (2:22.44) and 100 backstroke (1:04.51). Ella Gray Partin was second in diving (166.80).
