NORTH VERNON — Jennings County opened its wrestling season Tuesday with a 63-9 win against Brown County.
Zac King (144 pounds), RJ Barberis (150), Aiden Kirchner (157), Nick Cortes (165), Sam Hernandez (190), Kamron Carney (285), Kycen Sutton (113) and Luke Kirchner (120) all won by pin for the Panthers. Ash Fernandez (132) win by injury default, Lane Kircnher (138) won by forfeit and Chris Hernandez (175) won by decision.
For the Eagles, Jackson Reed (215) won by pin, and Zavier Himebaugh (126) won by decision.
