SEYMOUR — Jennings County opened its Hoosier Hills Conference boys basketball schedule Saturday with a 54-46 loss at Seymour.
The game was tied 38-38 after three quarters before the Owls outscored the Panthers 16-8 in the final period.
Cole Sigler led Jennings (3-3, 0-1) with 17 points. Carter Kent added 15 points, three assists and three steals. Will Barnes had seven rebounds.
