LAWRENCEBURG — Jennings County boys basketball bounced back from losses in its first three games of Lawrenceburg’s Ray Furney Holiday Classic with a 77-50 win against Connersville Saturday afternoon in the 11th-place game.
The Panthers fell to Lawrenceburg 51-48 in Saturday morning’s opener. Carter Kent led Jennings with 35 points, eight rebounds and three assists.
Cole Sigler led Jennings (5-7) with 23 points against Connersville. Kent added 18 points, eight rebounds, nine assists and three steals.
Kent was selected to the All-Tournament team.
