MADISON — The Columbus East swimmers swept a dual meet at Madison on Tuesday, winning the boys contest 107-53 and the girls meet 87-82.
Keaton Stephenson won the 200-yard freestyle (1 minute, 53.01 seconds) and 500 freestyle (5:19.25), and Todd Hundley took the 200 individual medley (2:11.37) and 100 backstroke (58.36) to lead the Olympian boys. Judah Nickoll captured the 100 butterfly (53.74), Ethan Hall won the 100 breaststroke and East took the 200 medley (1:46.81) and 400 freestyle (3:25.27) relays.
Connelly Furnish led the girls with wins in the 200 freestyle (2:01.07) and 500 freestyle (5:28.70). Gabbie Meier took the 200 IM (2:29.19), and East captured the 400 freestyle relay (4:05.40).
