Walden scores 1,000th point in Crusader defeat

Living Water Homeschool jumped out to a 13-point halftime lead Saturday, and that was the difference in its 71-58 boys basketball win at Columbus Christian.

Branson Carr scored 17 points and Cam Pritchard had 16 to lead the Crusaders (9-12). Peyton Walden added 10 points to eclipse the 1,000-point mark for his career.
