Duncan tied for 28th after second-round 67

SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. — Tyler Duncan fired a 4-under-par 67 Friday and is tied for 28th place in the Waste Management Phoenix Open.

Before starting his second round on Friday, the Columbus North graduate had to finish his first round, which had been delayed by rain and suspended because of darkness on Thursday, with an even-par 71. He sits at 4-under 138 at the midway point.

Play was suspended because of darkness Friday night with a few players left to complete their second rounds. Andrew Novak and Nick Taylor lead the field at 12-under 130.
