Playdate at the Library — 11 to 11:45 a.m., Bartholomew County Public Library, 536 Fifth St., Columbus. Children ages 1-5 and their caregiver can drop in anytime during this unstructured social time. We will have activities and toys to build large motor and fine motor muscles.

Teen Watch-It Wednesday — 3:30 to 5 p.m., Bartholomew County Public Library, 536 Fifth St., Columbus. Celebrate Black Joy throughout this selection of diverse films. Snacks and drinks provided. Feb. 21’s movie is “Summer of Soul.”

Indiana’s Historic Barns — 6 to 7 p.m., Hope Branch Library, 635 Harrison St., Hope. Join Duncan Campbell of the Indiana Barn Foundation in a discussion of Indiana’s barns, their architectural styles and origins, and uses.

Living in the Middle: Parenting Across Color Lines — 6 to 7:30 p.m., Columbus Learning Center, 4555 Central Ave., Columbus. IU Columbus and the NAACP of Bartholomew County invite the community to attend a free interactive discussion panel that will include time for questions and information about local support and resources. No registration is required. Organizers encourage members of biracial families to attend, as well as anyone interested in better understanding and supporting our local biracial community.
