Trevor Sowders of Indianapolis and Alexandra Makris of Bloomington announce their engagement.
Mr. Sowders is the son of Randy and Robin Sowders of Greenfield. He is a 2014 graduate of Greensburg Community High School, a 2018 graduate of IUPUI with a bachelor’s degree in neural sciences and physiology, and a 2021 graduate of University of Indianapolis with a master of arts degree in mental health counseling. He is employed as a mental health therapist.
Ms. Makris is the daughter of Michelle Kraft-Makris of Fishers and Dr. Vasilis Makris of Indianapolis. She is a 2013 graduate of Hamilton Southeastern High School and a 2017 graduate of IUPUI with a bachelor’s degree in Art History. She is employed as a writing tutor at Ivy Tech.
The wedding will be May 18 at Saint Paul Catholic Center in Bloomington.
