SHELBYVILLE — Shelbyville pulled out a three-set win at No. 2 singles Monday to claim a 3-2 girls tennis win against Hauser.
Kayden Miller beat Elaina Trotter 5-7, 6=-3, 7-5 at No. 3 singles for the Jets (5-6). Mattie Foster and Addy Barriger topped Megan Childers and Ava Van Wye 4-6, 6-0, 6-1 at No. 3 singles.
Hauser’s Bella Kilps fell to Ava Muckerheide 6-2, 7-6 (1) at No. 1 singles, and Lydia Jordan lost to Sophia Asher 6-3, 4-6, 6-2 at No. 3 singles. Abby Manley and Kaycee Ridgely fell to Kylie Stader and Paige Bohman 6-1, 6-2 at No. 2 doubles.
