SCOTTSBURG — Jennings County posted its best nine-hole boys golf team score in more than a decade in a tri-match win at Westwood.
The Panthers slipped past Scottsburg 155-157. Southwestern (Hanover) finished third with a 168.
Jake Grider and Eli Simmons each shot 38 to lead Jennings. Davey Shaw carded a 39, Jack George added a 40, Aaron Lewis had a 42 and Konner Brown and Berkley Foist each shot 46.
