2014

Nearly 200 local individuals representing 32 teams walked around a makeshift track in the Columbus East High School student parking lot for the 20th annual Relay for Life. The walkers were moved from the high school track due to construction.

1999

Despite the rain, about 200 people gathered at the Bartholomew County Memorial for Veterans on the courthouse lawn to honor those who died in service to their country and celebrate the freedom they fought for.

1974

About 1,000 visitors filled The Commons for the Paul Winter Consort concert, one of the feature attractions of the May Faire opening celebration. The group had a unique blend of medieval and modern music, and performed their hit song “Gaming Day.”
