Duncan ties for 24th in Canadian Open

HAMILTON, Ontario — Tyler Duncan fired his second consecutive 2-under-par 68 Sunday and finished in a tie for 24th place in the RBC Canadian Open.

The Columbus North graduate had opened with rounds of 67 and 71 Thursday and Friday at Hamilton Golf & Country Club. He climbed into a tie for 13th place in Sunday’s final round before falling back after bogeys on his last two holes to finish at 6-under 274 for the tournament.

Robert MacIntyre won the tournament at 16-under 264. Ben Griffin was one shot back at 15-under 265.
