Columbus Regional Health is relocating its Orthopedics and Sports Medicine practice to NexusPark, opening July 1.
The practice, with providers Dr. Timothy VonFange and Ethan Baily, PA, joins more than 15 practices and services already in operation at the new facility, 2100 25th St. in Columbus.
Established patients of Columbus Regional Health Orthopedics and Sports Medicine have received specific information for visiting the new office location and will receive reminders for any upcoming appointments that take place at the new location. Patients and visitors to NexusPark should enter the facility through Entrance 3, which is located on the southwest side of the facility. The practice is also accepting new patients.
